Unwanted Goods
- If you have received the incorrect item, kindly initiate the return process by following these steps:
- Complete the form under “Contact Us” on the Manworx website.
- Make sure that the item is unused and remains in its original packaging, with all stickers and seals still intact.
- We will cover the full cost of both delivery and return, which will be charged to our account.
- Please note this return policy only applies if being return within the borders of South Africa/Namibia
Damaged/Faulty goods
- In case you've received a damaged/faulty product, you can request a refund under the following conditions:
- Complete the form under “Contact Us” on the Manworx website.
- Ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unused, and with all stickers and seals still attached.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected by our warehouse team.
- Rest assured that the full cost of both delivery and return will be covered by us.
Unwanted Goods
- You can request a refund for an unwanted product on condition that:
- A return is logged via our “Contact Us” form on the Manworx website within 7 days.
- The item is undamaged, unused and in its original packaging, with stickers and seals still attached
- The delivery and return courier cost of unwanted goods will be deducted from the total refund amount.
